Support : Registration Key Problems
The registration key file, sent to you when you order a product, depends on your Program ID, found at the [Help / Register] menu of the application.
If your key becomes invalid for any reason, contact us to get a new key file.
To be able to get a new registration key file you should provide:
- The email address, you provided us when you ordered the product.
- The old Program ID.
- The new Program ID.
We may ask you to provide other data regarding your order, such as the order number, if we become suspicious it could be a fraud.
It is recommended to consider printing and saving any order related emails that you receive when you order the product, as they contain all the data we may require.
You can request a new key only from the email you used when you ordered the product. Please allow a few days for processing your request.
