- To buy a product visit our online web store and click the 'buy' button for the product.
- We require that you enter a valid email address when you order a product. The unlock key will be sent to your mail box.
- After your order is received, we will ask you via email to provide the Program ID. The Program ID will be used to generated a valid registration key file for your copy. To save time, after you register, you can email us directly at the email address below and send us your order number and Program ID.
- To find your Program ID, you need to download the program you like to order, and install it. After you run the program, it will generate a unique Program ID for your copy. The Program ID can be found at [Help / Register] menu.

- Unless explicitly noted otherwise, the license you obtain when you order a product is valid for a single copy in one machine.
- The billing is handled for us by eSellerate. eSellerate also manages the billing data. All billing related issues must be handled with eSellerate. We have no control over the data kept by eSellerate.
- The ordering fees are unrecoverable. You can download our products and try them before you buy. Our products fees are usually small, and it cost us more to reverse a transaction.
- Once your order and Program ID are received, we will send you an email with the unlock license key within three business days.
